Someone who is obviously a looser or a "chicken". Someone who will not "go with the crowd" or will not "jump of the bridge because everyone else is doing it and having fun" or just simply someone who ruins all the fun and licks pecker.

Devious Lick

When someone steals items or hits a lick someone wouldn't normally think of when thinking of theft, usually at school and usually something that causes disruption at workplaces in small ways. Things like toilets, lockers, doors, etc are all considered devious "devious licks"

Kid 1: Yo wtf I went to take a shit and the toilets are gone

*Kid 2 Checks tiktok and sees his friend posting a tiktok with a shit smeared toilet*

Kid 2: Damn bro just hit a devious lick
