A team that knows how to manipulate the seeding so that they never look like the big bad bullies of the West (even though they have the mentality of bullies, they feel like they can easily defeat about any team that goes against them and extend their dynasty). You don't often see them as the number one seed in the West because that's harder to maintain (especially for more than one year, with consistency), since every other team is coming for you and you're not under anyone's radar that way.
The Golden State Warriors want to get away with being bullies, that's why they're not always the number one seed in the West (that would actually make it harder for them to win championships). Last year they were number three, this year they're number six, that way they look like underdogs on paper to at least one other team going against them.

Whether the cops recruited are male or female, the resulting police state is the same, an overrecruited and overpoliced population, no matter what the people being policed (or recruited for that matter) look like.
