The correct way to say the equation --- "pie" are NOT "square"; pies are round. Cornbread and sheet-cakes have square corners.

"Pi r round" is correct for humans, of course, but you shouldn't apply it when feeding cattle --- their hay-bales should always be the rectangular type; with the round bales, the cows won't be getting a square meal.
