Oh my rod!

A varient of the exclamation "oh my god," typically used to express shock or surprise. Substituting the word "rod" for "god" is a reference to the male genitalia, but does not necessarily suggest anything special about the circumstances under which the varient might be used. In general, this varient is simply used to invoke humor and is generally interchangable with the original form of the exclamation.

Bill: "And then she kicked the shit out of him! Can you believe it?!"

Ted: "Oh my rod!"

oh my head

basically a phrase instead of "oh my gosh" etc. it's rather fun to say, and it sounds cool. besides, if something astounds you, your head is busy thinking so it makes sense
