The cusp generation between Millennial and Gen Z. Millennial is defined as someone born between 1981-1996, a broad 15 years where the world rapidly changed from the beginning of the era to the end.
The Zoolleinnial period is between 11/3/1992-12/31/1995, and is differentiated from the 1981-11/2/1992 period due to the election of Bill Clinton. Ronald Reagan years are 1981-1989 and then 4 years of George HW Bush, both Republicans. The cusp Democrat years of Clinton are a different mood entirely and people born between those years are not true Millennials, but not yet Zoomers. They are the Zoollennials!

Riley: “You were born on the cusp ! On the eve of a new generation, you are a Zoollennial.”
Aria: “Ah, it all makes sense now.”
Riley: “No one born in the 80s is named ‘Aria’, for one thing..”
Aria: “True…”
