when a black person claims to hack a network and get infomation and when someone says how? "Nigga Skills". when really nigga skills is just a phrase to cover them from being caught stealing other peoples work and usally people who do this get the nickname 'Dorian'.
black dude: hey guys i hacked the wifi network and can use it on my itouch
other person: how????
black dude: Nigga Skills
other person: fuck that dude is a dorian, i saw my friend do it once.
other person: how????
black dude: Nigga Skills

The skills you need to preform certain acts or tasks in your everyday life. If you dont have them then you avent got any life skills and you cant give Cathy one.
