Someone who moves ungodly slow, particularly in walking or driving. They may be in the most zen state ever… but for you, in your current anxious state… it’s driving you nuts.

The word “piddler” may have developed or has more usage in Southern Appalachia. The “piss” at the beginning gives it extra “mmph” and is intended to make light of the torture that is in experiencing a Piss Piddler.
