Slang for the arbitrary and unconstitutional state sanctioned process otherwise known as the death penalty.

Judges in some states are ruling in favor of decency by ruling against the stockpiling of death row inmates often waiting for decades for their capital murder.

Tim: "Is this story going any where?"
