Standard dirtbag attire includes: wifebeaters, flannel shirts, old 1980s rock band t-shirts, cut-off jean shorts or ripped pants.

A person who steals trees.
A person who eats goldfish crackers but gets pissed if they don't smile back because "IT'S THE SNACK THAT SMILES BACK! GOLDFISH!"
Also a way of saying that one is mad of their goldfish snack not smiling back.
