One who will do whatever it takes to win meaningless fights or games.

My buddy will debate the rules and intimidate other people in order to win a game, he is so competional.

When someone uses a disability or illness as a way to pressure you into doing something nice for them. Taking advantage of someone by using their kindness and compassion to manipulate them.

That guy always begs the band to introduce them, gets backstage all the time because of his bad legs and then acts all hurt if they say no. What a Compassion Bully.

But every once in a while, something happens that's just too important for you to pay attention to whatever happened, preventing you from saying what you would say back. Most of the time though what caught your attention isn't really important

Omar(looking at a hot girl): Sure OK (not really paying attention to Angel)
Angel: ?!? (wondering why he didn't say "I'm not your bitch")

When you have an over whelming sense of being frustrated, angry, confused and are at the end of your rope. It is usually accompanied by a feeling of sadness or depression. There is no where to go but to give a big sigh and say you are "comportioned".

"I feel so comportioned to today. Nothing is going right."
