Moob ache

When man boobs cause pain to the side of the body, symptoms can include pain when laughing, sneezing or getting up to find the remote. Can be commonly mistaken for pectoral strain, although when lack of said muscle is exhibited, this can be ruled out.

greg: "ooww I think I hurt myself, stop making me laugh"
amy: "what have you done, gentle sir?"
greg: "I have strained my pectorials"

amy: "no, its definatley moob ache"

when a female has given to much head, and ends up with a dick ache

Stummy Ache

1)An untradtional stomach ache, a pain so severe, that one is usually clenching arms around his or her stomach while bent over in pain. A pain not really able to verbally express it is that deep within.
2) A stomach pain so harsh it comes through from the gut and up to the stomach area.

1) Losing that game today is just as painful as a stummy ache.
2) You gotta hit him in the stummy, get him where it hurts.

Something or someone that provides a constant "pain in the ass". You know, that person or thing that's sure to cause unnecessary or unwarranted grief.
