When your using an inaccurate fully automatic weapon in a first-person shooter, such as Halo, and to make it more accurate you jiggle the trigger to burst fire.
Guy 1: "Man, I keep missing with this shitty assult rifle!"
Guy 2: "Dude, try trigger jiggling."
Guy 1: "Holy shit! This works way better!"

This is a trigger reacted by touch. it can trigger ptsd, or anxiety/panick attacks. or even anger. This is commonly an in person trigger but it can also effect gameplays where you dont want anything to touch you. People have different reasons for having a touch trigger and thats their business.
example
"please, dont touch me. it makes me really really uncomfortable."
"oh shoot im so sorry. do you have a touch trigger?"
