when a game freezes but the music is still playing. Now imagine it but with full intentionality, eyes on you with unmatched apathetic intensity. Like you’re trying to convince a dog that you don’t care just with a look, then you cryofreeze that emotion and make a carbon imprint of it that you supersize and plaster over the biggest flat surface in your house.

When your last name is Booth and you watch a movie about Lincoln's assassination in Social Studies. Everyone turns around and stares at you and later asks you if you're related to John Wilkes Booth.
Person 1 (whose last name is Booth): "Man, I go the Booth stare in Social Studies today because we're learning abut Lincoln."
Person 2: "Wow. That sucks. I bet that happens alot."
{erson 1: Yeah it does.

Sex-crazed gaze of man who sits in the corner of cheap pubs on his own, usually a wetherspoons, leering intently at young girls after drinking four pints of Stella. Frequently someone with previous convictions who has had trouble with the bouncers.
God look at the lacey stare on that guy, he's terrifying all the blart in here and he's only been in here half an hour.
