Nignorant

To be an uneducated African-American, typically one who votes Democrat for no other reason than because that's what African-American people do.

Charles - "There goes Leroy, down to the voting booth again. You know he doesn't know anything about the candidates. He just votes for whomever has the "D" next to their name."
Shawna - "What's wrong with that?"
Charles - "Democrats have done nothing to help African-American people over the last 50 years, but Leroy keeps voting for them because he's black and that's what he thinks he's supposed to do. He's nignorant".
