Head jog

Head jog: Trying to run through your past memories to retrieve a certain event or a sudden past memory clearly and suddenly coming to the forefront of your mind, usually as a result of an associated person/item.

I bumped into an old school friend, it was a real head jog. It bought back so many great memories I'd almost forgotten about!
