I don’t know about everywhere else, but in Australia it’s used as a derogatory word. Depending on the situation it could mean stupid, thick, ugly, or dopey. It’s really just a word to use if you don’t want to swear.

Get the Bubble guppy’s (Gay)mug. Older term used to describe fans of somebody or something that will mindlessly follow like a school of fish. They are the biggest Yes Men and will never find faults in who they are following. It's usually referred to a celebrity of some sort but it could also just be a popular person that has a lot of people that follow them around.
