A nicotine fiend is someone who is or thinks they are addicted to nicotine and is always trying to find some. They will oftentimes follow you into a bathroom and ask to hit your juul , sourin or other types of vape. They think using nicotine makes them seem cool and are annoying because they make you use up all of your vape juice and burn your pods and coils. They are often found in school bathrooms (aka the juul room #who put toilets in the juul room) camping out for people with a vape they can hit.
