British actor of Indian descent, known for his roles as Anwar Kharral on Skins, and Jamal Malik in the 2008 Danny Boyle film Slumdog Millionaire. He is currently filming for the 2010 M. Night Shayamalan movie, The Last Airbender, based off of the Nickelodeon series, in which he will portray Prince Zuko.

means to be devastated, used in a sarcastic way

Comes from the words "devastated" and "berries". the reason the word "berries": is used is because it is a cool word and sounds good tacked onto the end of any word. so use it.
devastated is shortened to "devo"
which is shortened to "dev"
you add the ' berries' on the end and you get
"dev-berries"
shorten it further to "dev-bez"
you can even shorten it further to "dez"

"Hey i deleted that text u sent me"
"Oh, im sooooo dev-bez"
(sarcastic)

for the berries example:
"hey slutberry, whats up"
"slutbez, ive missed you"

Dev's Advocate 

The seeming devil's advocate stance game developers take on game forums when you go through them, and see the devs disagreeing with every idea people raise, until you begin to realize that people just love to request stupid ideas.

Idiot: I think that rogues should be able to tank since they are currently only a dps class. It's not fair to limit our options.

Dev's Advocate: If you don't want to play a class with only dps options, then you should have chosen a class with more options. We currently have no intentions to putthis aspect into the game

Idiot: Man this is so unfair. See if I continue to pay for tthis game that doesn't listen to it's customers.
