For example, the original Horseshoe Law sometimes neglects to mention the role of economics, and the fact that Democrats are not on the side of the Horseshoe, but at the bottom. Democrats are egalitarians -- what explains why some people climb up the right side through conservatism and others through white libertarianism? What finally unites both sides at the gap?

Level 11 is one of the last levels before real skill is needed to play the game, which is why many players use overpowered decks full of splash-damage cards to get a quick win, but eventually hit a wall of actually good players. Level 11 Theory also extends to a player's spending on the game, often having level 13 or higher cards through excessive spending in the shop.
