A Covidiot who wears a face mask over or beneath the chin, thus not covering the mouth or nose rendering it totally useless. Normally these are either people of low intelligence or those who have little regard for the welfare of others.

A person who refuses to follow CDC guidelines, laws or ordinances to wear a face mask that is designed to prevent the spread of a disease, especially during the time of a pandemic.

A no-masker is making a political statement. Herd impunity. It is what it is. Everyone is going to die. I will only spread the virus if you are receptive. If you get really sick and or die it is what it is.
