D Swaggins is/was an O.C (original character) created by Vaughn Heath, and is also used as his alternative persona. This person is a carefree, humorous, sensitive individual, whom carries himself with charisma, charm and most of all, swag. And lots of it.

The name was derived from the word Bilbo Baggens, but due to Vaughns silly nature, he thought to replace it with dildo, and laughed at himself.
