Scuba Dating
(verb) /ˈsko͞obə ˈdādiNG/
Definition:
A style of romantic involvement where one person dives way too deep, way too fast — forming intense emotional attachments early on, often before really knowing the other person. Like scuba diving without checking your oxygen tank, it’s risky, immersive, and usually ends with someone surfacing too quickly (and getting hurt.)

"She’s sweet, but total scuba — had our future kids named before we even kissed."

A not-date is a sad excuse for people who can't decide whether they are going to get some or not. Often misused for DWOB.

A set period of time after which a person's past social media posts or texts can no longer be used against them, provided it can be reasonably shown that they no longer carry those problematic beliefs or attitudes.

Karen: Can you believe Rob said something so offensive? I should show this to his boss.
Stacy: You can't.
Karen: Why not?
Stacy: That comment is 10 years old. It's past the textpiration date.
