a wonderful term made by Simply Nailogical (cristine no h) to refer to a "glossy top coat", which is something nail artists use to seal off nail polish and give it a *glossy* finish.

Glossy taco

When a glossy topcoat is applied to ones finger nails after painting them with nail polish.

Also it is a shorter way of saying glossy topcoat.

Now all I have to do is apply a glossy taco over my Holo nail polish to finish the look.
