West Row 

West Row is a little village in Suffolk England. There are 3 US bases close by, Mildenhall, Lakenheath and Feltwell, which means there is a constant flow of American men and women through the village...good news for the local teens! There is a primary school opposite one of the village pubs so the kiddies can start early and there is a stadium down the bottom of a rather long country road...where they do bangers, speedway and greyhound racing amongst other things!

West Row, its a local place for local people...deep in the fens there'll be no trouble here!!!

westbumfuck

In most areas of the U.S., westbumfuck means a rural area away from the city, see the sticks or B.F.E. A town that is in the middle of no where that is no where near any urban city. A city that is more than an hour commute for its capital. A boondock area of the state in which usually nothing, not even shit, happens.

Also a nickname for Westborough

1) Angela lives all the way out in Westbumfuck, it is so far from here.

2) Damn you live all the way out in Westbumfuck.

West Virginia coaster 

1. A small stack of 4 or 5 Post-it® notes placed under a cold drink to prevent condensation rings from forming on a surface.

2. A folded paper towel, piece of paper or any other object that is not a coaster used as a makeshift drink coaster.

I'm a broke ass college student. I don't have any real coasters. Hand me those Post-it® notes. I'll make you a West Virginia coaster real quick.

West Virginia white needle back 

An infection of the spine caused by shooting up drugs, (mainly heroin)through the intravenous route while claiming the infection was obtained via a spider bite.

I think the new patient got bitten by the West Virginia white needle back.
