when someone gets too greedy with the example being people sharing a plate of rice and one person going for the chicken first when there is still rice telling you to "chop rice" by scooping at the rice first before going for the chicken
its an exclamative of someone's greed

person 1: *goes for a large piece of chicken with rice still on the plate*

person 2: Heyyy! chop rice, chop rice! *pulls chicken off of the fork and scoops rice onto it*
