Real Event OCD

A term used to describe the feeling one gets when they are extremely guilty about something bad they did. This person will go out of their way to avoid any scenario relating to the consequences of this mistake, which oftentimes takes up a lot of mental energy and belittles the persons humanity.
Steve: OMG I can’t stop thinking about the time I called Sally ugly in middle school. I feel so bad.... I should ask my parents if we can move to another state!
