A phrase used in “AI Sponge Rehydrated” by Plankton/Stroketon, causing him to screech Tv static, Terrifiying noises, warp, glitch and break everything. In the April fools stream, stroketon says “Dr Jr.” and completely breaks, flying into the sky and breaking his model, eventually leading to the stream breaking. The phrase has become a meme in the AI sponge community, being used to describe moments where the characters have a “stroke”, causing them to make strange noises after the sentence has finished.
