A girl who basically owns the home of a group of guys, but doesn't live under that roof. You can normally find her at the households' special events, serving as eye candy and keeping things in order. Unlike other party guests, the house heaux has free reign of the property and all rights to anything in the house.

at this point you would compliment your host by sayin 'man,your house has got swagga' or
'you got some serious house-swagga goin on in here man!'

they should reply and offer you a cup of tea
