Staunch

When someone comes by you or from behind and goes "KSSSSSS!" or "TSSSSSSS" really loud and sharp.

The sound is hard to explain but is easy to do (make a 'k' sound immediately followed with a long (1 second) 's' sound). At the same time you have to sort of quickly lunge your face towards theirs so it scares them more adding to the sound.

Also to make it easier for you, pretend to be talking to someone that is relatively behind the person you are going to staunch so that you will be a tad closer to the staunchee so that they will have less reaction time (they will sometimes have time to see you begin the staunch and start to duck straight away).

If you obviously see them flinch or blink massively then you yell "STAAAUUNCHEEDD!!!" and laugh loud.

Chit : "blahblahblah tom blah-KSSSSSSSS!!"
Staunchee: *mad flinches or something*
Chit: "STAAUUNCHEEDD!!!"

Variant of the Captain Morgan stance, usually done by politicians in campaign videos. Typically executed with the raised foot on a school desk and with the upper body leaned forward a bit. Often accented by draping a coat/jacket over one shoulder.

I'm surprised Obama won, given the distinct lack of power stances during his campaign.

stauney

Stauney is a girl. Not an amazingly gorgeous, or talented one. Just an average girl. She believes in dreams, wishes, and love. She falls in love fast and quick, and always regrets it later. She moves on fast from things or people she thinks will end up hurting her in the end. She loves good books, handwritten letters, dandelion fluff, pine and vanilla scents, deep conversations, rainstorms, and song lyrics. Stauneys also love kissing, but they have a constant fear of being inadequate at it. They're afraid of being alone more than anything. They love change. And they love knowing that others feel the same way they do. Best way to make a Stauney happy? Let her know you care. Let her know shes not alone. Talk to her, and let her talk to you.
