In BDSM a "single-tail" is a single-lashed whip like a bull whip or a signal whip that is used by dog-sled riders. Floggers, cats, querts and other whips have 2 or more lashes. Scingles

The Scingles is the feeling you get when you have a surge of (sometimes uncontrollable) energy that makes you feel a mix of excitment and the feeling you get when you are scared. Scingles occurs due to seeing something/someone amusing and harmless coming towards you or behind you and you are helpless in stopping it. The scingles gives you a sensation of rushing tingly energy and makes you laugh.

Running up/down stairs while being chased gave me the goddamn SCINGLES.

I was running up the stairs out of the pool and someone was swimming really fast towards me and was about to grab my ankles and i just got out in time, this gave me the Scingles.
