Mihael Kheel (a.k.a Mello) is from the manga Death Note and even if he seems just like a hot headed blond who loves explosions ( see > deidara ) he is actually a very complex and interesting character

He left the Wammy's house at 14y/o and entered the Mafia 2 years after by bringing (either litterally or not) the adverse's mob head
He also wrote the L.A.B.B murder case and seemed to have a bit of admiration for Beyond Birthday, he actually even went as far as becoming a burn victim as well
