Having fooled upper management or company owners by a nonstop bombardment of lips to ass, Usually full of shit enough to be middle management. Seen by all as a stack of useless meat glued together in human form.
I can't believe assistant manager MEAT GLUE had all of us come in 30min early so he could over sleep and show up 10min late again.
