Dumplesburg can be substituted for the name of any small, backwards town which is populated primarily by rednecks who adore Sarah Palin and Walmart, hate 'the gay', love Jesus (when convenient), and don't believe that ethics codes and tax laws should apply to them. The primary industry in Dumplesburg is adult gift shops and gentlemen's clubs.
