To create a scam, or defraud somebody through an existing scam for financial gain. As in, "pull a stormpay".

"They said the Prince of Nigeria would hook me up, but once I sent the fee they pulled a storm-pay!"

"We all chipped in $50 to guy starting the Save The Kittens and Rainbows charity, then he up and pulled a storm-pay on us!"

NOUN (ˈstȯrm ˈbō-nər) A storm boner occurs when a bolt of lightning or crash of thunder strikes in your close proximity causing you to become aroused by said lightning strike or thunder crash.

Sean: Is this rain ever going to stop?

Sean: Jeez, that was a good one
Steve: Ya, I know...
Sean: OH MY GOD! Steve, what the hell is that?
