The connotation that your "free-time" on the weekends to enjoy yourself, seems to speed by much faster than your work week. Can also be used in the opposite way (reetickulously slow).

Bar setting:

"PJ what time you got?"
"12:50... almost last call"
"Damn! Tonight is retickulous, I feel like we just got here."
