Patano - noun. a derogatory name to call someone, used mainly in the San Gabriel Valley region of Southern California. Meaning - stupid, ignorant, mentally ill, bitch, crazy, ugly, fat, kiss ass, paranoid, generally anything bad or referring to one's stupidity or unlikablilty.
