Noisy neighbor

When a male, staying in a hotel room with joined doors, opens his end and begins to masturbate so close to the other door that his hand bumps it with every stroke. When the curious occupant in the next room opens their door, the masturbating male ejaculates on the foot of the neighbor.

nosy neighbor

When your taking a piss in a urinal and there are plenty of urinals to either side of you and someone walks in and starts pissing in the urinal right next to you and making you feel really uncomfortable, they are being a nosy neighbor. They can also make it even worse by making small talk with you, or even go so far as taking a peek at your junk.

Keith: So, the other day, I was pissing in an empty bathroom and in walks Mr. McClain and he pulls a nosy neighbor on me!

Hello Neighbor

A cartoony looking horror game that's not as scary as confusing. Like you have a puzzle where you have to pick a random globe, freeze it and then put it in a random podium to freeze a water. Meanwhile the neighbor will be the most annoying (and only) enemy you mean. His AI is more annoying than confusing as he can often see you trough walls, be super fast or just being a jerk in general.

Person A: Hey dude, how to solve the water puzzle in Hello Neighbor?
Person B: You freeze a random globe and then put it on a random podium.
Person A: You wot now m8?

Neighborhood Watch

A program where people of a neighborhood agree to look out for each other and a sign is erected warning criminals who may come into the area. This program runs on the idea that criminals who aren't deterred by the possibility of being shot, beaten up or arrested are deterred by a stupid sign and some window stickers. Furthermore, these people think they need a sign to tell them to call the police if their neighbors are being home invaded.

The cracked out serial killer will be stopped dead in his tracks by "neighborhood watch" sign on the street

Anyone who trusts their families safety to a neighborhood watch sign and not a real method of protection (IE GUN) is sick

The neighborhood watch program is void of all logic
