The phase in that people enter when they drink a glass of milk. Can be easily identified because of the blank stare they give with wide eyes. Is a combination of the words moo and milk.
When someone is in the mook, there mind goes blank, they dont notice any of their surroundings, and all they can think about is drinking that glass o' milk.
The next time you eat dinner, watch someone drink some milk and youll see them enter the mook.

A mook is a hoar/skank/e-hoar that's good for nothing, and doesn't put out, yet still takes your money/time/resources.

A mook is commonly a fellow who tries hard to be normal but finds most things around him so boring that he can't pay attention. As a result he seems odd, and dumb as a fence post. Although it could be an annoying trait, if you told him about it, he would say: "I dunno". Their value to society is well documented.
