Gatosexual

Gatosexual describes someone who experiences normal sexual attraction and desire (i.e. is allosexual), but whose sexual interest does not translate into pursuit or action unless certain conditions are met. These conditions typically include attraction, basic respect, and a sense that interest is mutual. Random hookups, transactional sex, or emotional guesswork feel wrong or emotionally costly, so desire remains internal unless the “gate” is opened.
