A street term for the drug cocaine. Derived from Britain, this term was used to combine blow and euphoria. The reason behind this is because cocaine,or blow, is a stimulant used to give a person a euphoric sensation. Sometimes called flow or flo for short.

Dealer: You're late.

Dealer: Yes.
Buyer: Safe.
