Refers to assistance/comforting to help someone deal with "fallout of feelings" caused by his having been given a lower position on the corporate ladder than he'd formerly held.

I'm all for giving someone demotional support if he truthfully did little or nothing to deserve being given a lower-paying/importance job than he'd previously had, but someone's being "suspended with pay, pending investigation" or some other bu**s**t like that when he obviously/blatantly DID screw up is really pathetic.

My name is Deon Plummer. I came up with this word while trying to think of my first born child's name. I took my name and added my life's path to it. What I mean by that is, just like any human I came out of the womb at the same point of life; but certain decisions and struggles I had to go through as a Black Man made my path dip down in a negative slope very quickly.
