Primarily a term for a female Flight Attendant / Air Hostess. Can also be used to describe any service staff that dispenses food and beverage from a cart. Also known to answer to the name of Trolley Dolly.

The act of securing a shopping cart in a parking lot where there is no convenient or safe place to leave it.
