It's when you get screwed over by the higher ups on your side, so you go to the enemy side in anger. It means that your superior "Pulled a Gates", which is screwing you over and/or stealing the credit. You've done a lot for the side, and you've got nothing to show for it except for insults, so you go to the enemy side in anger.

Example 1-God. my manager at Mc Donalds kept taking the credit for my great innovations and lowered my wage as an insult to injury, so I decided to work at Burger king. Yup, I just pulled a Benedict Arnold.

Example 2-I've been screwed over by the Soviet Union. They keep imprisoning me and stealing the credit. I'm going to be a defector. I'm going to pull a Benedict Arnold if this doesn't stop soon.

Benedict is the best kind of boy you could ever meet. He is kind, caring, respectful, charming, but can also be quite selfish and stubborn at times. But this is all okay, because all Benedicts are amazing. He's the type of guy to make your day better or understand you at times where you don't even understand yourself. He is the best person. He is pretty secretive and quiet; you will have to get to really know him for him to come out of his shell completely. He also probably likes cute animals. He has the best taste in music possible, literally nobody can beat him in his music taste. You will be mindblown by how good his music taste is. He is also good at every videogame on earth, name anything and he is already in championships for it. He is well educated in school and does pretty okay for himself in social life. He doesn't have too many friends but the friends he has are real ones that will stick by his side. Benedict would also have good fashion taste, an expert even. Overall, this guy is a keeper as a friend or as a partner and an amazing person.
