Watcher

(Highlander) A secret society of men and women who observe and record the lives of immortals, but never interfere. Most of the time anyway. They are ID'd by their wrist tattoos. Joe Dawson was the most famous, as Duncan MacLeod's Watcher. Sometimes they go rogue and start hunting immortals, and then they are called Hunters.

Fair weather fan

A person who is not a dedicated fan of a sports team. They only watch a game if it peaks their interest.

In most cases fair weather fans are bandwagoners who join in on the hype of a team or sporting event. Examples of this are: The Superbowl, The World Series, and Playoffs in general.

In other cases fair weather fans are people who just watch the sport or certain games when 'the weather is right'(when they feel like it). These fans are not characterized as bandwagoners because they have been fans of the sport/team before the hype and or big game (ex. Superbowl).

A Fair weather fan will usually tune in to watch big games such as: The Superbowl, The World Series, and Playoff games etc.

This is an example of a fair weather fan that is also a bandwagoner:
My brother: The World Series on tonight! I can't wait!
Me: Since when did you like baseball?
My brother: I don't, but its the World Series!

This is an example of a fair weather fan:
My friend: Celtics are on tonight.
Me: Since when do you watch basketball?
My friend: I watch it occasionally, plus its the playoffs.

Watch Dog Committee or W.D.C was founded in Crown Heights, New York, U.S.A in the year 1985 as an underground society to protect the powerless from the abuse of the powerful. This group was formed by a group of friends who believed in empowering the poor and the oppressed through brotherhood and sisterhood. It reached the Philippines and was formally organized as an inter-organization claiming more than 5000 members worldwide.

Watch Dog Committee or WDC can be found in San Francisco Valley in Los Angeles, Crown Heights in New York, Silliman University in Dumaguete City, Dipolog city, Province of Lanao del Norte, Bayawan City, Siquijor Island, General Santos City, Malaybalay City, Valencia City, Kisolon in Bukidnon, Katipunan in Zamboanga del Norte, Metro Manila, Cagayan de Oro, Iligan City, Bais City, Cebu City, Paranaque City, etc.
