A long awkward pause in online chat rooms after someone has done or said something that leaves everyone at a lose for words. It can be also caused by a lack of things to talk about.It can be cured by someone coming in and saying Hi.

Gamer Girl Syndrome 

When a girl acts as though she is God's gift to mankind, simply because she plays games.

When she realizes that nerds and geeks will flock to her and shower her with attention for being a rarity - she does everything she can to ensure she continues to get said attention.

Buying geeky accessories, joining groups like the D20 Girls, posting suggestive + geeky pictures to the Internet, fawning over Magic cards, incessantly talking about D&D, and basically wrapping herself and her identity up completely in being a nerdy/geeky/gamer - solely because it gets her the attention she couldn't get from ANYONE ELSE.

Also known, in other subcultures, as a faker, wannabe, or poser.

John: Dude, did you see the skanky picture Tracy posted of her d20 tramp stamp?
Smith: Yeah, I saw her. I bet she doesn't even know what THAC0 is. She's got a bad case of Gamer Girl Syndrome.

Grammatical Pedantry Syndrome 

A fake syndrome created in a joke blog by Dennis Baron of the University of Illinois. Many people were fooled by Baron, as the article heavily uses scientific jargon, making it appear like a legitimate piece of scientific literature, but the actual text includes a litany of linguistic jokes and signs that it is actually a hoax. Also, anyone with a basic understanding of OCD would be able to tell that the purported symptoms of "GPS" are dissimilar to actual OCD symptoms; OCD is an anxiety disorder defined by intrusive thoughts and repetitive behaviors, not a need for order or structure.

Grammatical Pedantry Syndrome is a load of baloney, however I do have Memetic Veracity Syndrome; that is, the need to correct false information (particularly contained in memes) on the internet.

1. A person exhibiting religious delusions, obsessions, compulsions or psychoses as a result of touring the holy city of Jerusalem. This person is said to have no previous history of mental problems, and most often these symptoms pass some time after leaving Israel.
2. May also be used to describe anyone becoming suddenly extremely religious, no matter where they live.

1. John went wacko while touring Jerusalem. He stood on the walls of the old city in his boxers and called the passers by to renounce all their worldly possessions. He got hospitalized in the nearest loony bin and got diagnosed as a severe case of Jerusalem syndrome.
2. Gina's got some form of Jerusalem syndrome. She's constantly going on about Christ and being saved and all that evangelical sh*t.

A girl who is self-righteous, self-centered, selfish and obsessive.

Crazy Bitch Syndrome is a defined as girl who gets mad at you for looking at her facebook and you see she is cheating on you but feels looking at her facebook is a "breach of trust".
A girl who calls you selfish for breaking up with her has CBS.
A girl who says she trusts you but wont let you hang out with girls.
A girl who wants to get married as soon as possible so you wont leave her because she is afflicted with Crazy Bitch Syndrome.
