Someone you know only by association, NOT BY CHOICE, that exhibits squirrely behavior. Heavy breathing, constant sweating, nervous twitching, shy in most social situations.
Someone who can't say no because they will sacrifice anything for acceptance.

I'm not going to buy a book this semester, I've got a squirrely kid next to me, I'll use his.

Don't you feel bad manipulating him? Nah, he's a squirrely kid.
