Slang for a gentleman's ridiculously (and quite obviously) over-stuffed package. AKA: Nether regions/"Johnson" area/dude who is shoving socks in his briefs. A dude whom totally has a roll of quarters shoved down there.

"Hey Jareth, the "Goblin King", could you wear some looser pants, ya almost poked my eye out with your tight, ass, ballerina, pants, that sport your gigantic "Oh yes!".

Jareth: "If I thought for one second that you were betraying me, I'd be forced to suspend you head first in the Bog of Eternal Stench!"
