In ARK Survival evolved, Swamp Aids is a permanent disease that plagues the island and all its habitants. If you come into contact with another player with swamp aids. Please keep at least 2 or 3 foundations apart as they carry the viral disease and you don’t want that shit. It lowers all your stats significantly and makes the game impossible to play on official. Swamp aids has been harnessed before to be used in chemical warfare by infecting dodos and throwing them over base walls to infect everyone inside. The only cure for swamp aids is a lesser poison antidote. Otherwise you’ll have to make a new character to be rid of the aids. Dying doesn’t work either.
