It contains of 3 things: Tumbling, stunts, ands dance. You will have to be able to do the jumps. There is school cheer and all-star cheer.

Athletes that are most of the time underestimated. Can do crazy tumbling skills, throw each other in the air, and are super strong. They are constantly trusting each other no matter what
