When someone texts you throughout the day but does not seem to want a reply . They seem to be using texting you as a notepad for themselves or to have a reflective conversation with themselves .

Hold on I just got a text from Rob. Nevermind , he's not waiting on a reply from me he's text babbling again and using me as a personal notepad.
